Deborah's CHICKEN FAJITAS

8 ounces chicken breast, slice thinly1 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp oregano, Mexican preferred1 tsp chili powder, ancho if you can find itJuice of one lime1 Tbsp chopped garlic2 cups thinly sliced onion2 cups thinly sliced green pepper1 tsp canola oil4 10" Ancient grain tortillas1/2 cup fat reduced sour cream
Marinate chicken in cumin, oregano, chili powder and lime juice for at least 20 minutes, but not more than 8 hours.
Heat a large fry pan or wok. Add oil and marinaded chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Add garlic, cook for one minute.
Add onion and green pepper slices. Cook until tender crisp. Remove from heat.
Divide chicken mixture into 8 and place on the tortillas. Add 1 Tbsp of sour cream. Roll and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 Tortillas
