2 Tbls butter1 small onion diced2 stalks celery diced2 Tbls flour2 c chicken broth2 c milk3 large potatoes dicedsaltpepperparsley
Melt butter in large soup pan. Add celery and onion and cook for three minutes on medium heat. Sprinkle flour over vegetables. Cook three more minutes. Add broth, milk and potatoes. Season to taste. Simmer until potatoes are soft. 45+ minutes.
