Cinnamon Crunchy Almonds

Crystal Farms All Whites 100& Liquid egg whites, 2 tbsp (remove)NATURAL WHOLE ALMONDS, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .125 cupCinnamon, ground, 1.5 tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed 1 tsp cold water
Preheat oven to 250 F.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Beat egg whites and cold water until it becomes frothy but not stiff.
Add almonds and coat evenly with liquid.
Mix white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in quart size ziploc bag.
Add almonds to bag and shake and mix together until all almonds are coated evenly.
Spread coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet and bake at 250 F for 60 minutes stirring every 20 minutes.
