My Version of "Holy Crap" Brand Cereal (Vegan)

Ingredients
I Cup Chia Seeds3/4 Cup Hulled RAW Hemp Hearts (aka Hemp Seeds)3/4 Cup RAW Buckwheat1/4 Cup Dried Blueberries (Eden Organic)1/4 Cup Sultana Raisins1/8 Cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds 1/4 Cup Chopped Dried Apple Slices1/8 Cup Toasted Coconut Flakes2 Tbsp Cinnamon
Directions
Finely chop the dried apples with kitchen scissors.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge.

To Serve:

Mix 4 Tbsp of mixture into 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk (or other milk substitute)

This also makes a great late night snack at only 140 Calories.
