2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp salt2/3 cup canola oil1/3 cup skim milk
Combine oil with flour and salt. Drizzle with milk. Mix lightly until all is moistened. Divide dough into two balls. Roll out between two pieces of waxed paper or just pat it into the pie plate. For single-crust pre-baked, bake for 20-25 minutes at 375. If using for a quiche, bake for 10 minutes before filling. If using for a double-crust baked pie, bake as long as necessary for the pie to be finished. (50-60 minutes +-)
