Dad's Homemade BQ Beef & Pork Mix

Ingredients
5lbs - Chuck Roast5lbs - Pork Sirloin Roast3/4 cup - Water3 cups - Ketchup1 1/2 cups - Onions (chopped)1/3tsp - Black Pepper2 1/3tbsp - Paprika2/3 cup - Margarine2/3tsp - Brown Sugar (firmly packed)2 1/3tbsp - Lemon Juice2 1/4tsp - Worcerstershire Sauce
Directions
Cook the meats at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
While meat is cooking can mix the sauce together and allow it to come to a boil then reduce heat. Once meat is done added it to the sauce and allow to cook for approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
