Chana Dal

Ingredients
1 tbsp of ghee*(V) Onion, raw, 4 oz (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)*ground tumeric, .25 tsp (remove)*Cumin seed, .50 tsp (remove)*Garam Masala, .25 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Raja Chana Dal, 4 serving (remove)
Directions
Sautee onions and garlic in ghee until soft.
Add seasonings and stir and cook 1 minute
Add chana and water
Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes or until soft
Season with salt and pepper to taste
