Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients
1 1/4 c white all purpose flour1 1/4 c whole wheat flour2 1/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger1/4 tsp cloves4 eggs2 cups nonfat milk1 cup pureed pumpkin1/2 cup canola oil
Directions
Beat egg whites while mixing dry and wet ingredients, then fold them in when stiff.

Serving Size: Makes 16 waffles, 4 at a time.
