Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
Thawed Chicken Breast, no skin2 tbsp balsamic vinegar3 tsp dijon mustard1 chopped garlic clove
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, and garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken to the mixture to coat. Put chicken in oven safe cookware and pour remaining mixture over chicken, bake for 30 minutes. You can marinade the chicken in the mixture for a couple of a hours if your not in a hurry before baking.
