Biggest Loser Roast Beef Sandwich with Horseradish Mayo

Ingredients
1 TBSP low-fat Mayo1 Tsp. prepared horseradish2 slices whole-grain sandwich bread1 leaf green leaf lettuce1 cup (1/4 pound) shaved Rosemary-Grilled London Broil or lean low-sodium deli roast beef4 small slices tomato1 thin slice red onion
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and horseradish. Stir to blend. Set aside.

Place one slice of bread on a serving plate. Top with the lettuce, beef, tomato, and onion. Spread the reserved mayonnaise mixture evenly over the second slice of bread. Flip atop the sandwich. Cut in halves or quarters. Serve immediately.
