Crunchy Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
1 bag of Pre-shredded coleslaw mix2-4 scallions sliced thin (based on your taste - you can always add more)1 T toasted (in dry pan) sesame seeds1-2 T slivered raw almonds1/3 c extra virgin olive oil1/3 c apple cider vinegar2 T honey Pepper to taste
Directions
Wisk together evoo, vinegar, honey and seasoning until emulsified (adding oil slowly when whisking can help!). Toss in cabbage, scallions, nuts and seeds - then toss everything to mix. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
