Vanilla Banana Nut Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Milk, 2%, .75 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Baking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, .25 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp Banana, fresh, 2 small Mixed Nuts, dry roasted, .5 cup Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, add wet ingredients and stir, then add chopped banana and crushed nuts, stir to combine. Cook on griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Each pancake equals 1/3 cup of batter. Batter is thick! Spread batter into a circle after adding to the pan.
