Squashed (Vegetarian) Chili

Ingredients
1 tsp veg oil2 medium green bell peppers(chopped)1 medium onion chopped1 medium zuchinni chopped1 medium yellow squash chopped2 tsp chili powder1 tsp sugar¾ tsp salt¼ tsp ground red pepper2 15 oz can of stewed tomatoes2 15 oz can of pinto beans2 15 oz cans of black beans¼ oz medium green chili2 cups fresh/frozen corn
Directions
1. in a 5 qt pot heat veg oil over med heat add green peppers & onions cook til tender
2. add zuchinni, squash, chili powder, sugar, salt,& ground red pepper; cook 1 minute
3. add stewed tomatoes w/ liquid pinto, black, green, chili, corn all w/ liquid
heat untill boiling
4. reduce heat to medium/low simmer for 20 minutes
