Ingredients: Onions, raw, 1 large Parsnips, 1.5 parsnip (9" long) *Crimini Mushrooms, 3.8 oz Carrots, raw, 5 carrot (7-1/2") Broccoli, fresh, 1 stalk Brussels sprouts, fresh, 13 sprout Butternut Squash, 473 grams Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 4 clove Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
Directions
cut all veggies, mix oil and rosemary, spread on roasting pan, roast 45 - 50 mins at 375.
