1.5 T canola oil.5 med onion diced2 - 3 cloves of garlic minced4 cans cooked fava beans 2 cans chickpeas 1 tsp salt1 cup water1.5 T cumin powder1 T chopped fresh cilantro2 T dried mint2 T chopped fresh parsleyjuice of 1.5 lemons1.5 T olive oil
Directions
sautee onions in canola oil
add fava beans and chickpeas
add garlic and salt
add water
add cumin
bring to simmering boil
add herbs
stir in olive oil and lemon juice, serve warm
