1 Cup Ricotta Cheese1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1 large egg, beaten1 tsp. Italian SeasoningSalt & Pepper to taste1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg and seasoning together. Divide among 4 ramekins. Pour marinara on top, then top that with mozzarella. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly and top slightly browned. Can also microwave.
Note: I used Classico Florentine Spinach and Cheese marinara. You can use whatever type you like, but the nutritional value will vary. I choose this one because it looked good and only had 6 grams of sugar in a one cup serving. I could not find sugar-free.
