2 whole, medium ripe red tomatos1 cucumber6 cups spring mix salad1 cup cremini mushrooms0.5 cup seasoned croutons4 tbsp salad fat free italian dressing
Directions
Chop tomato & cucumber. Slice up 1 cup of mushrooms. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
