Hub 51 Brussel Sprout Salad remix

Ingredients
1 pound brussel sprouts, stemmed and leaves pulled apart1/2 c. craisins1/2 c. dry-roasted almonds6 T. low-fat honey mustart dressing
Directions
1. Stem and pull the leaves off of the brussel sprouts to make the 'lettuce' for the salad.
2. Add sprout leaves, craisins and almonds in a bowl and toss with the honey mustard dressing.
3. Season with a dash of salt and pepper to taste and serve.
