Ingredients:Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Celery, raw, .75 cup, dicedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, choppedMargarine, hard, .5 stick*Bullion - Chicken - Wyler's x 1 Cube, 5 servingBroccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped*Potato, raw, 2.5 cup dicedSour Cream, .75 cupNeufchatel Cheese, 1 package (3 oz)4 cups filtered water
Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter on medium heat until translucent. Add 2 cups of water and bullion cubes, let simmer approx. 10 min. Add potatoes, broccoli, and 2 cups of water, let simmer another 10 min. add sour cream and neufchatel cheese. Cook until potatoes are tender and broccoli has looses bright green color.
