Chicken Noodle Caserole

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves6 ounces egg noodles1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup1 cup sour creamsalt to tasteground black pepper to taste1 cup crumbled buttery round crackers1/2 cup butter
Poach chicken until done (about 12 minutes), boil noodles until done, cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
Mix mushroom and chicken soup with sour cream, salt and pepper.
Mix chicken and noodles into soup mix
Melt butter and stir in crackers
Pour the chicken and soup mixture into a 2-quart
baking dish
Cover with cracker/butter mix
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until browned on top
