Ingredients
1 bag of fresh cranberries (12 oz. bag)3/4 cup Splenda (or other sugar substitute equal to 3/4 cup sugar)1 cup waterJuice from 1 orange1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
1. Put washed cranberries in a saucepan, and pick through them to remove soft and/or brown ones.

2. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice, avoiding the seeds. Add the juice to the saucepan as well as the rest of the ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.

3. Stir frequently. The cranberries will pop, and then release their "gel." The sauce will come together like magic. Cook until the sauce is the consistency you desire, about 10 to 15 minutes.
