Ingredients:*1 Can of Pumpkin (NOT pie filling)*1 Package MoriNu Silken Soft Tofu*1 Cup Ricotta Cheese (Low/Reduced Fat)*Dash of Salt*1 tbsp Vanilla Extract*1 tbsp Cinnamon*1 tbsp Nutmeg*Splenda/Stevia to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1.5-2 hours (continually check with a toothpick, cooking time may vary).
Turn off oven and let sit, remove, then chill overnight in fridge to set.
