1 bag (12oz) fresh cranberries1 1/3 cup no calorie sweetener1 tablespoon shredded orange peel1/4 cup water2 tablespoons lemon juice1/4 cup orange juice
In a sauce pan combine all ingredients except orange juice. Cook over medium low heat until juices start flowing. Increase to medium heat and cook stirring occasionally until cranberries pop. Stir in orange juice. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
