Crock Pot Pot Roast

Ingredients
Roast ( one with a little fat in i.e. sirloin tip, bottom round, or chuck roast)1 can Beef Broth ( i usually go low sodium)1 can tomatoes (I like the one with garlic, basil in it or no salt added)1 can soup (mushroom, celery, chicken whatever)Carrots (cut up)PotatoesOnion
Directions
I do not use all of the juice from the tomatoes nor all of the cream soup, that depends on your taste.

I season the roast with, garlic, salt and pepper.

Stick it all in the pot, turn on and go!
