Homemade Applesauce No Calorie Sweetener

Ingredients
3lbs - McIntosh Apples5lbs - Gala Apples2tsp - No Calorie Sweetener2 cups - Water
Directions
Take the apples and quarter them then slice the quarters and put into a pan. Once done cutting the apples add 1 cup of water and place the pan on the stove to cook the apples over medium heat for 3 3/4 hours (or until you reach the desired smoothness). Remember to stir occasionally and you may also need to add more water to make sure that the apples don't stick to the pan and remain most.
When the apples are done cooking allow to cool and then added the sugar and stir. If you would like the applesauce warm you can turn back on or warm it in the microwave.
