Sweet Potato and Yams

Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 3 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Yams, 6 cup, cubes (3 yams)Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 6 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Bake potato and yams in the oven at 400f for 1 hour or until desired softness.
I like leave the skin on the sweet potato and just cube it.
For the yams, the skin should be easily peeled off then you can cube the yams. The yams should be more mushed when cubed.
Put sweet potato and yams in a slow cooker on high, add butter, milk and spices. Let sit for however long you want then mix together.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup = serving
