Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients
2 Cups 2% low fat milk3/4 cup dark brown sugar1/4 cup cornstarch2 large eggs1 cup canned pumpkin1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
whisk milk, sugar, and cornstarch in large saucepan..Bring to a boil, stirring contstantly..Boil and whisk for 3 minutes..remove from heat...in separate bowl beat eggs, gradually (slowly) whisk in the beaten eggs..return the mixture to the pan, whisky constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens..Remove from heat...stir in pumpkin, salt and spice..Spoon evenly into 6, 6 oz. custard cups, or an 8x8 pan ( you can slice this after it has set into 6 servings)..chill for about 30 minutes or until set..(Cooking time is approx.)

I have not made this recipe yet, but plan to today...looks good to me...
