Leftover turkey sandwiches

Ingredients
3 cups Turkey, diced 6 Tbsp Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise 6 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream 1 Jalapeno Peppers 1 tbsp Pickle Relish 2 tsp Yellow Mustard 3 large Hard Boiled Eggs
Directions
Grind hard boiled eggs and turkey in food processor. It sometimes comes like a paste. Dice jalapeno peppers. Mix jalapeno peppers and remaining ingredients with turkey mixture. Serve with crackers, bread or pitas.
