Vegetarian stuffing

Ingredients
10-12 slices whole grain/ wheat breadOlive oilHerbs- sage, thyme, parsleyCeleryOnionsGarlic
Directions
Sauté onions, garlic and celery in one tbsp of olive oil until soft. Cut bread into cubes and bake on cookie sheet sprayed with a bit of oil until slightly browned.
Put bread into a bowl with sautéed vegetables. Add herbs - fresh parsley is best and 2-3 cups of veggie stock. Mix well and place in casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 375.
