Ina Garten's White Cake

Ingredients
1 stick + 1 tablespoon butter1 1/2 cups sugar3 eggs1/2 cup sour cream, fat free3/4 teaspoon vanillaZest of lemon1 1/2 cup flour2 tablespoons cornstarch1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, then sour cream, vanilla, and zest.

Sift dry ingredients. Add slowly to wet.

Bake at 350 until cake tester is clean.
