1 package (6 oz) Cornbread Stuffing, dry mix1 pan (8X8 inch) Cornbread fully baked 8 oz. Chicken Gizzards, cooked and coarsely chopped1 Turkey liver, cooked and coarsely chopped1/2 Turkey neck, meat only, cooked, (bone and skin removed)and coarsely chopped 2 large Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped3.5 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth(or 2 14.5 oz cans)(use less for drier stuffing)1/2 Cup Butter, melted
In a large mixing bowl add prepared dry stuffing mix and finely crumbled cornbread, from pan, pour in Broth and butter and mix thoroughly. Add Hard boiled eggs (chopped) and Giblets (coarsely chopped). Mix all ingredients, stuffing should be very moist, and pour into greased 13X9 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
