Ingredients
22 oz ground turkey1/3 cup ketchup1/2 cup quick oats1 egg1 egg white2 tsp mortons lite salt1 tsp ground pepper1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1 tsp dried parsley1 tbsp minced garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl. Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
