Ingredients
cheese, leeks, milk, cornflour. Plus mustard powder and salt to taste.
Directions
boils leeks until cooked. Drain and set aside. combine cornflour, milk and seasoning to taste-microwave or heat on the hob until thickened. Put leeks in ovenproof dish and pour over sauce. Sprinkle cheese over and bake for 30 minutes at 180.
