Whole Wheat Quinoa Flax Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 Cup Quinoa Flour1/4 Cup Flax Seed Meal1/4 Cup Wheat bran3/4 Cup Apple Sauce 1 1/2 Cups Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original 2 Egg1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix together the flours, baking powder, flax seed meal and wheat bran. Stir in remaining ingredients to form a smooth batter. Spray heated frying pan or griddle with cooking spray. Pour batter and once you see a lot of bubbles, flip and cook 4 mins on the other side. (don't flip twice).

Server warm with Maple Syrup.
