Triple Cheese & Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
* Jalapeno Peppers, 1 lb. aprox (12 medium size peppers) * Cream Cheese, 8 oz * Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded *Kroger Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup * Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread 1 slice, 2 serving * Hormel Bacon Bits, 6 tbsp * 1/4 tsp. garlic powder * 1/4 tsp. chili powder * 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to

Slice peppers in half, and remove seeds and membranes.

Toast bread, let cool, process in food processor to make medium-fine crumbs; set aside.

Mix together remaining ingredients - cheeses and spices.

Stuff each pepper with aprox. 2 Tbs of cheese mixture.

Roll each in breadcrumbs.

Place in a greased pan.

Bake uncovered at 300� for
20 minutes for spicy flavor,
30 minutes for medium and
40 minutes for mild.
