Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubes 2 cups waterHam, Kirkland smoked honey ham, 16 oz Chicken - better than bouillon, 3 serving Onions, raw, .5 large Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced Thyme - to taste (1/4 tsp)
Directions
Cook Butternut squash in 2 cups water until soft. Mash with potato masher. Add bouillon. In seperate pan saute diced ham, onion, carrot, celery. Add sugar and a little thyme. Puree 1/2 if desired. Add to squash.
