2 cups Chicken Stock 2 cups1/4 cup Fideo Pasta Shape ¼ cup1/4 cup Italian Parties, Chopped ¼ cupOlive Oil, to drizzle Grated Parmigiano, to garnish as needed Bagette Croutons, to garnish as needed
1. Make the chicken stock (check chicken stock recipe)
2. Add the Fideo Pasta into the chicken stock and cook until al dente.
3. Ladel out into soup bowls and drop the crisp bagette crouton in the center of the soup.
4. Garnish with grated parmigiano and drizzle with olive oil.
