Crockpot Beef Vegetable Soup

All ingredients are rough chopped into bite sized pieces-8 medium potatoes (red or white)2 cups fresh green beans (snipped and cut in half)2 cups mushrooms (quartered)3 cups baby carrots1 can of tomato paste1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix12 cups Beef Stock16 oz stew beef (from meat counter already cut)
Add beef and all the rough chopped veggies into the crock pot. Add package of onion soup mix. Add tomato paste to bowl and mix with some of the beef stock so it will mix with everything else. Add that and remaining stock to crock pot or until top of pot. Cover and turn to low for about 6 hours.
