Red Rhubarb Salad

Ingredients
6 oz Red Jello 2 cups Rhubarb1 can Mandarin Oranges1/4 cup Nuts1 AppleSplenda or Truvia to taste
Directions
Boil 2 cups water, add to 1 large package red Jello. Stir until smooth.
Cook Rhubarb, sweeten with Splenda or Truvia. Add hot rhubarb to red Jello liquid.
Add mandarin oranges, nuts and cut pieces of apple. Refrigerate until firm.
