White Chili

Ingredients
3 stalks celery1 large Onion2 carrots (or any veggie you have avail.)1 pkg 16oz Ground Turkey2 Cans 15oz White Beans (you can rinse the sodium off 1 can, but you really need the juices of at least 1 of the cans) 2 cans Lo Soduim Chicken Broth (beef can be sub'd) 1 4oz can Green Chile
Directions
chop Celery, carrots or any other veggie
saute with oil at bottom of chili pan
brown turkey meat then drain
Add 2 cans of White Beans
Add 2 Cans of Chicken Stock
1 can of Green Chile's
2 bay leave, salt n pepper, basil
boil over then turn down and simmer 1hour.
SERVE OVER RAW SPINACH!
