Chopped Turnip Greens Cooked with Chicken Broth

1 - bag of PictSweet Chopped Turnip Greens (5 cups)1 1/2 c - Pictsweet Seasoning Blend2 c - Swansons Chicken Broth0.5 tsp - Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend1/4 tsp - salt of choice (I preferr Lawry's Season Salt)1 tbsp - canola oil
Place greens, broth, and season blend in a 6 quart pot. Bring the ingredients to a boil. Continue to boil for approx. 3 minutes. Cut the stove down to a simmer stir well and place a tight fitting lid on the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occassionally. After 20 minutes, cut the stove off and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well then replace lid tightly and allow dish to sit for aprox. 10 minutes. Serve the dish as a side item and you will have a healthier version of southern style greens.
