Grilled Tomato Bruschetta

Crusty bread (8 slices)Garlic (2 cloves minced)Olive oil (1/3 cup)plum tomatoes (3 diced)finely-diced onion (1 tsp)fresh basil (2 tsp)salt (1/2 tsp)pepper (1/2 tsp)balsamic vinegar (1/2 tsp)
Mix oil and garlic; let set 10 min.
Lightly brush oil mixture on both sides of bread; grill over high heat to mark and toast both sides
Mix diced tomatoes, onion, herbs into the the remaining oil and garlic, adding the balsamic, salt, and peper to taste.
Top each slice with some of the mixture.
Serving Size: Makes 8 slices of buschetta
