BOIL 7 EGGS FOR 10 MINUTES (OR FOR 5 MINUTES AND LET SIT IN HOT WATER FOR 5 MINUTES). PEEL AND CUT IN HALF. TAKE YOKES AND MASH WITH A FORK. ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX THOROUGHLY. IF DESIRED, SERVE WITH A LITTLE PAPRIKA ON TOP.
