Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Semolina, enriched, 0.25 cup Brown Sugar, 8 tsp unpacked *Ghee (clarified butter), 1.5 tsp Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Heat clarified butter , Add whole wheat and semolina and roast till golden brown. Add 3 cups water and sugar and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes or till the water completely evaporates. Serve hot and garnish with cardamom powder
