Ingredients
1.5 ground beef2 46oz cans tomato juice1/4 cup chopped onion1 can light red kidney beans2 tbsp chili powder1/4 tsp garlic powderdash cilantradash black pepperbrown ground beef with onions. drain. add that and all other ingredients together. simmer for 1/2 hour or more. serve with crackers, if desired, and enjoy!makes about 20 servings
