1 pint of vegetable stock170g chopped onions4 cloves garlic (chopped)2 tablespoons of sunflower oil or vegetable oil280g chopped mushrooms3 large table spoons of crème fraiche
1. dissolve 1 veg stock cube into 1 pint of water
2. heat oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion and the garlic cook till the onion is softened
3. add all above to the soup maker
4. when the soup maker has finished cooking add crème fraiche and blend for a further minute
5. serve and enjoy
