Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
Tilapia filet, (recipe makes 4 filets)Whole-Wheat Crackers, 1 cup, crushedParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cupGarlic, 1tsp or to tasteBlack Pepper, 1 tbsp to tasteOlive Oil, 1/2 cup
Directions
Mix oil, cheese, garlic, and pepper together. Coat filets on a baking sheet. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350degrees for 14 minutes or until filets flake.
