Egg, fresh, 1 large egg white, fresh, 2 large Turkey Ham, 57 grams Onions, raw, 57 grams *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped *Skim Milk, .25 cup American Cheese, 2 oz
. Whip together egg, egg whites, and skim milk
. sauteed' ham,onions and red peppers in pan for two to three min. on med high heat.
. On med high heat get you egg pan hot. pour egg mixture into pan moving egg around to cover pan.
WHen ready flip egg on have the egg place the meat mixture and the cheese covering halv the egg.
flep the other half onto the meat mixture half creating half a moon look.
.place omlete on plate and enjoy.
