Michele's Turkey Shepard's Pie

Ingredients
4 C Diced Turkey2 C Frozen Peas and Carrots3 C Turkey Gravy6 C Gluten-Free Stuffing (Dried)1 1/2 C Boiling Chicken BrothGluten-Free Stuffing7-8 slices gluten free bread2 TBSP Garlic Salt1 TBSP Tarragon1 TSP Black PepperPam Spray
Directions
Add turkey, peas and carrots, and gravy into a bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into a large baking dish. In another bowl, add dressing and boiling chicken broth and let set for 5 minutes, then fluff dressing. Add dressing on top of turkey mixture. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or till complex hot.

Gluten-Free Stuffing

slice bread into cubes, pam a baking sheet and place bread cubes on top, spray with pam again and season. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
