Chicken Makhani

Ingredients
1 can crushed tomatoes2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces1/2 bag of frozen peas and carrots1/2 bag of frozen broccoli1/2 bag frozen cauliflower1/2 bag frozen green beans1/2 bag frozen spinach1/2-1 cup milk1 tsp tumeric1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp cumin1 tsp cayenne peppersprinkle of sugarsalt and pepper to taste2 cups volcano rice (or any rice you choose)
Directions
In a sauce pan add chicken, cook 5-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Add canned tomatoes, frozen veggies and spices. Cover and allow to simmer while rice cooks. Start your rice, follow cooking directions on package. Stir chicken mixture frequently, when rice has finished cooking make sure chicken has cooked fully. Add milk, add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
